Day 1

Delhi / Dehradun / Haridwar / Rishikesh – Rishikesh (250-50 Kms / 5-6 / 12 Hrs)

Arrival to Delhi / Dehradun / Haridwar / Rishikesh pickup from Airport / Railway Station and proceeds Rishikesh. On arrival check into the hotel, dinner and overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 2

Rishikesh – Joshimath (250Kms 9-10Hrs)

Today after breakfast drive to Joshimath, en route to Devprayag- Rudraprayag -Karanprayag – Nandaprayag (By Pass Only). Evening arrival to Joshimath check into the hotel, dinner and overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 3

Joshimath - Badrinath (50 + 50 Kms / 2-3 Hrs)

Today after early breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to visit Badrinath Temple. The present holy temple of Badrinath was built by Adi Guru Shankaracharya during 7th century. The main idol of Lord Vishnu is built of black stone known as “Salegram”. Before the visit of Badrinath temple one must take a holy dip inside “Taptkunda” a natural hot water spring situated outside the temple.  After the darshan of temple also perform the pooja/tarpan outside the temple near Brahma Kapal. After the darshan over drive to Mana the last village of India situated on Indo - Tibet-Border visit Ganesh Gufa, Beas Gufa, Bhimpool and Saraswati river. Dinner & overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 4

Badrinath – Govindghat - Ghangaria (Driving 25 Kms / Trekking 09 Kms / 7-8 Hrs)

After early breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed to Govindghat. On arrival drive up to Poolna by Taxi (Own Cost). Trek starts from here, Pony services also available from here. On arrival to Ghangaria check in to hotel, after dinner overnight stay. 

Day 5

Ghangaria –Hemkund Sahib –Ghangaria (Trekking 6+6Kms / 6-7Hrs)

Today after early breakfast trek to Hemkund Sahib, you can also take pony services (own cost).  The Hemkund Sahib is the heavenly abode of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the 10th guru of Sikhs. The gurdwara which is situated at an altitude of 4,329 meters is also known as Gurudwara Sri Hemkund Sahib Ji. Hemkund Sahib is one of the most popular Sikh pilgrimage sites located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand along the banks of Hemkund Lake and surrounded by the Himalayas. The lake is known as Lokpal Lake by local people there. It is necessary to enter the Gurdwara first before taking a holy dip in the lake. The lake is a height of 15,000 feet and a small stream originates from the lake. The mountain peaks here are marked with Nishan Sahib, a Sikh triangular flag. After the darshan trek down to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.

Day 6

Ghangria – Valley of Flowers – Ghangria (Trekking 05 + 05 Kms / 7-8 Hrs)

After breakfast proceed to visit “Valley of Flowers” the world heritage side of Uttarakhand. One must take the services of local guide from Ghangria. A full day excursion to visit valley of flowers, nestled high in West Himalaya, India’s Valley of Flowers National Park is renowned for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and outstanding natural beauty. This richly diverse area is also home to rare and endangered animals, including the Asiatic black bear, snow leopard, brown bear and blue sheep. The gentle landscape of the Valley of Flowers National Park complements the rugged mountain wilderness of Nanda Devi National Park. After the visit comeback to Ghangria for an overnight stay.

Day 7

Ghangria –Govindghat – Rudraprayag (Trekking 09 Kms / Driving 150 Kms / 8-9 Hrs)

Today after early breakfast checkout from hotel and trek down to Poolna take Jeeps from here to Govindghat (Own Cost) on arrival pickup and proceed to Rudraprayag. On arrival check into the hotel after dinner & overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Day 8

Rudraprayag –Delhi / Dehradun / Haridwar / Rishikesh / Drop Only (Driving 365 -150 Kms / 10-11 / 5-6 Hrs)

Today after early breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Delhi /Dehradun / Haridwar / Rishikesh. On arrival drop to Airport / Railway station. Trip concludes with happy memories!!

Cancellation Policy

ü  For cancellations done prior to 45 days of departure, No cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done between 31 to 44 days of departure, 25% cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done between 21 to 30 days of departure, 50% cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done between 11 to 20 days of departure, 75% cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done within 10 days of departure, 100% cancellation fees would apply. No refunds would be made.

 

Note :

ü  InHaridwar, Rishikesh and at the shrines non-vegetarian food and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

ü  Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking

ü  These are just quotations, we are not holding any booking

ü  A/C will be operating only in plane ( Delhi - Rishikesh )

ü  Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per itinerary

ü  All chauffeurs will follow the itinerary given in advance at the time of costing , any changes in the itinerary without approvals from us will not be entertained and will be charged as per the tariff and chauffeur has right to refuse to visit any place not mentioned in the itinerary handed over to him by us.

ü  In case of mechanical fault or miss happening, we will be requiring the time to reach there so as to replace the vehicle.

ü  All payments has to be made in advance before departure or start of services.

ü  As per Government rules, we request all the guests to carry a valid photo-Identity card

ü  Foreign Nationals are requested to present their passport and valid visa at the time of Check In at hotel.

 

Travel Tips

1) Weather Conditions:

Your journey shall involve trekking across high mountains, facing strong cold winds. You must carry :-

(i) Adequate woolen clothing; (ii) A small umbrella; (iii) Winchester (iv) Raincoat (v) Waterproof trekking shoes (vi) Torch (vii) Walking stick (viii) Cap (preferably a monkey cap (ix) Gloves (x) Jacket (xi) Woolen socks (xii) Trousers (preferably a waterproof pair). These items are essential as the climate is highly unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to rain and snow. The temperature can sometimes abruptly fall to 5 degree Celsius or lower.

2) Id proofs

ü Government issued identity proofs need to be shown at the hotel or resort before check-in. Always keep the Id proof with yourself while travelling. Keep a digital copy of your documents in your mobile devices in case of loss or emergency. (Pan card won’t be acceptable) 

3) Safety Tips

ü Maintain distance with tourist guides, bus conductors, taxi drivers and local guides if you find them pressuring you to take their assistance. Don’t be rude, but decline their offers politely, 

ü Do not go out alone during late evenings and night. Always move in groups. 

ü Make a note of emergency numbers and details of the hotel where you are put in.

ü Avoid taking eatables offered by the local people in buses, taxis etc. 

ü Make sure all your expensive stuffs are kept in safety lockers of your hotel room. Carry just enough money. During your travel, keep your cameras and other devices safely in a bad and check regularly. 

ü Maintain a separate pouch to keep liquid cash handy. In case you are carrying more money or withdrew it from ATM, do not expose it in the public place 

ü Do not trust strangers. 

ü Always ask for authorized tourist guides who have a badge provided by the Indian Government.
