Day 1

Delhi / Dehradun / Haridwar – Haridwar / 205 - 50 Kms / 6-7 / 1-2 Hrs

Arrival to Delhi / Dehradun / Haridwar pickup from Airport / Railway Station proceeds to Haridwar. On arrival check in to the hotel, after freshen up visit Mansa Devi & Chandi Devi temples by rope way, Evening assembles at Har Ki Pauri to visit Ganga Aarti Darshan. After the visit over come back to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 2

Haridwar – Barkot / 200 Kms / 8-9 Hrs

Today after breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Barkot. Evening arrival to Barkot check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot

Day 3

Barkot – Jankichatti – Yamunotri – Jankichatti – Barkot / 40 + 40 Kms Drive / 6 + 6 Trekking / 9 - 10Hrs

Today early morning drive to Jankichatti to visit Yamunotri Temple ( Breakfast packed ). On arrival at Jankichatti the base point of Yamunotri, Pony & Palki services were booked from here (Own Cost). If you are fit enough you can do trekking also, quite a stiff trek. Arrival to Yamunotri visit the holy temple of Goddess Yamuna (3120m), present temple was built by Maharani of Jaipur Guleria Devi in 19th century. Natural hot water springs around the temple are the main attraction for pilgrims. After the pooja / darshan return journey to Jankichatti and drive back to Barkot for overnight stay.

Day 4

Barkot – Uttarkashi / 100 Kms / 5-6 Hrs

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Uttarkashi, on the way visit Prakateshwar - Mahadev temple near Brahmakhal. On arrival to Uttarkashi (1158m) check in to the hotel, in the evening visit Kashi -Vishwanath Temple. Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 5

Uttarkashi – Gangotri –Uttarkashi / 100 + 100 Kms  / 10-11 Hrs

Early Morning 5: am proceed to visit Gangotri Temple (Breakfast packed). Along with Bhagirathi River the journey of Gangotri becomes a wonderful journey. Beautiful valleys, small rivers, waterfalls and local villages, worth visiting over here.  On arrival at Gangotri Temple (3050m) visit the holy temple of Goddess Ganga, pooja / darshan.  The present temple of Gangotri was built in the 18th century by Gurkha commander Amar Singh Thapa. After the visit over return journey to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

Day 6

Uttarkashi – Guptkashi / Sitapur 250 – 270 / Kms / 10-11 Hrs

Today after early morning breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Guptkashi / Sitapur. Evening arrival to Guptkashi / Sitapur transfer to hotel, after dinner overnight stay.

Day 7

Guptkashi / Sitapur – Kedarnath – Sitapur / Guptkashi  / Driving 35 + 35 Kms / Trekking 16 + 16 Kms / 11 -12 Hrs

Early morning 4:am proceed to Sonprayag, the reservation counter for booking Pony & Palki services from here (own cost) for the Kedarnath journey. After booking, Pony & Palki take local shuttle Taxi services (at their own cost) to reach Gaurikund, the base point of Kedarnath.  Trekking routes begin from here, Note: Present trekking route is very - very tough & hard for climbing, Trekking is not possible on the same day up and down.  On arrival to Kedarnath (3585m) visit the ancient holy temple of Lord Shiva amongst the 12th Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva 11th is situated over here. After the pooja / darshan return journey to Sitapur / Guptkashi overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 8

Guptkashi / Sitapur- Badrinath / 220 – 250 Kms / 9-10 Hrs

Today after early morning breakfast, proceed to Badrinath, en route visit Narsingh Swami Temple at Joshimath.  On evening arrival to Badrinath (3400m), transfer to the hotel After freshening up visit Badrinath Temple for evening Arati / Darshan. After the visit, come back to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 9

Badrinath – Joshimath /50 Kms / 2-3  Hrs

Early morning 4: am today visit Badrinath Temple for Abhishek/ Alankar darshan.  The present holy temple of Badrinath was built by Adi Guru Shankaracharya during 7th century. The main idol of Lord Vishnu is built of black stone known as “Salegram”. Before the visit of Badrinath temple one must take a holy dip inside “Taptkunda” a natural hot water spring situated outside the temple.  After the darshan of temple also perform the pooja/tarpan outside the temple near Brhamkapal. After lunch checkout from hotel drive to Mana the last village of India situated on Indo - Tibet-Border visit Ganesh Gufa, Beas Gufa, Bhimpool and Saraswati river. Later on proceed to Joshimath for overnight Stay.

Day 10

Joshimath    Haridwar / 270 Kms / 9-10 Hrs

Today morning after early breakfast leave Joshimath and proceed to Haridwar, en route visit Rishikesh sightseeing including Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Swarga Ashram and Geeta Bhawan. On evening arrival to Haridwar check in to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

 

Day 11

Haridwar – Delhi /Dehradun / Haridwar  Drop Only / 205 -50 Kms / 6-7 / 1-2 Hrs

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Delhi /Dehradun / Haridwar. On arrival drop to Airport / Railway Station.  Journey concludes with everlasting memories of Chardham….!!!!

Cancellation Policy

ü  For cancellations done prior to 45 days of departure, No cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done between 31 to 44 days of departure, 25% cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done between 21 to 30 days of departure, 50% cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done between 11 to 20 days of departure, 75% cancellation fees would apply.

ü  For cancellations done within 10 days of departure, 100% cancellation fees would apply. No refunds would be made.

 

Note :

ü  InHaridwar, Rishikesh and at the shrines non-vegetarian food and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

ü  Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking

ü  These are just quotations, we are not holding any booking

ü  A/C will be operating only in plane ( Delhi - Rishikesh )

ü  Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per itinerary

ü  All chauffeurs will follow the itinerary given in advance at the time of costing , any changes in the itinerary without approvals from us will not be entertained and will be charged as per the tariff and chauffeur has right to refuse to visit any place not mentioned in the itinerary handed over to him by us.

ü  In case of mechanical fault or miss happening, we will be requiring the time to reach there so as to replace the vehicle.

ü  All payments has to be made in advance before departure or start of services.

ü  As per Government rules, we request all the guests to carry a valid photo-Identity card

ü  Foreign Nationals are requested to present their passport and valid visa at the time of Check In at hotel.

Travel Tips

1) Weather Conditions:

Your journey shall involve trekking across high mountains, facing strong cold winds. You must carry :-

(i) Adequate woolen clothing; (ii) A small umbrella; (iii) Winchester (iv) Raincoat (v) Waterproof trekking shoes (vi) Torch (vii) Walking stick (viii) Cap (preferably a monkey cap (ix) Gloves (x) Jacket (xi) Woolen socks (xii) Trousers (preferably a waterproof pair). These items are essential as the climate is highly unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to rain and snow. The temperature can sometimes abruptly fall to 5 degree Celsius or lower.

2) Id proofs

ü Government issued identity proofs need to be shown at the hotel or resort before check-in. Always keep the Id proof with yourself while travelling. Keep a digital copy of your documents in your mobile devices in case of loss or emergency. (Pan card won’t be acceptable) 

3) Safety Tips

ü Maintain distance with tourist guides, bus conductors, taxi drivers and local guides if you find them pressuring you to take their assistance. Don’t be rude, but decline their offers politely, 

ü Do not go out alone during late evenings and night. Always move in groups. 

ü Make a note of emergency numbers and details of the hotel where you are put in.

ü Avoid taking eatables offered by the local people in buses, taxis etc. 

ü Make sure all your expensive stuffs are kept in safety lockers of your hotel room. Carry just enough money. During your travel, keep your cameras and other devices safely in a bad and check regularly. 

ü Maintain a separate pouch to keep liquid cash handy. In case you are carrying more money or withdrew it from ATM, do not expose it in the public place 

ü Do not trust strangers. 

ü Always ask for authorized tourist guides who have a badge provided by the Indian Government.
