What is Maitri Holidays Pvt. Ltd.?

Maitri Holidays is a private limited company engaged in designing perfect domestic tour packages in India since 1995. We are the DMC for NORTH INDIA. We organize tour for all like Group Tours, Family Vacations, Honeymoon Trip etc and facilitates the customers with hotels and transport during their trip.

Is Maitri Holidays approved or registered / certified anywhere?

Yes we are affiliated to TAFI, IATO, ADTOI, IRCTC, AITP. Also approved by the Government of NCT of Delhi.

What type of packages does Maitri Holidays offer me? 

We offer all sorts of packages like Himachal, Uttaranchal, Rajasthan, Leh Ladakh, Student Tour, North East India and many more.

Can I take either Hotel or Transport of the Package?

Yes you may select either hotel or transport of the package but we'll suggest you to take the whole package as it is money and time saving.

Can Maitri Holidays modify the package according to my needs?

Yes our executives modify the package according to your needs.

How can I connect with Maitri Holidays for enquiries/customization in the package?

You can either fill the package query form or contact us on displayed numbers of our company for enquiries. Also you can contact to our concerned executives directly via email or telecom.

How can I pay for my booking amount?

As per customers convenience, they may choose any of the following options: Cheque, NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, Cash in Bank or in our office.

What kind of Hotels does Maitri Holidays provide?

Depending on your destinations, budget, hotel amenities etc we offer you all sorts of hotels / resorts ranging from 2* to 5* hotels.

What is the time of Check-In and Check-Out in the Hotels?

The standard time of Check-In and Check-Out is 12 noon. However, there can be few exceptions depending the hotels and destinations.

What does EP, CP, AP and MAP stand for?

EP - European Plan

CP - Continental Plan

AP - American Plan

MAP - Modified American Plan

How can I pay for my booking amount?

As per customers convenience, they may choose any of the following options: Cheque, NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, Cash in Bank or in our office.

Transport Related FAQ'S:

What type of transport does Maitri Holidays provide?

We provide all sorts of vechiles like Swift Dzire, Innova, Tempo Traveller, Volvo, Coaches and many more for all the major destinations of India.

Why A/C is not used in Hill Stations?

The weather in hill station is quite pleasant and normally A/C is not required. Also the driver prefers to save the power of engine while climbing up the hill routes by turning off the A/C to prevent any technical failures.
